climate change can be deal with a good knowledge of substance behavior (i.e Urea) and how the policy makers using it for the security and prosperity of their fellows, because a high rank job is meaning not to think ourself, but others which not have as us.

Strengthening the village government to plan and improve the prosperity of its people.
village-based FMU is one of choice to deal with village poverty.
honesty and grace from the district goverment is a must ! can we found them?
